I think this guy got railroaded. But on the other hand, I have very little sympathy for him. When you hitch your wagon to a freak sometimes you get what you get.
michael jackson was a drug addict. He was wealthy enough to get those drugs from someone if this guy wasn't willing to accomodate him. jackson was also a grown man. He was perfectly able to make the decision that cost him his life. While personal responsibility is a little tough when you are dead, making smart decisions when you are alive can sometimes keep you from getting dead.
Anyway, this guy got screwed. No he will get screwed again in civil court. Where the jackson family is concerned, it's all about the money. The gravy train is dead so now someone else will have to keep them living in the lap of luxury...
